Mixed-methods research analyst and AI-builder
I find where technology can help people, shape what it should be, and prove that it works.

What I do
Find · research
Generative and evaluative research with jobs-to-be-done interviews, contextual inquiry, field shadowing, workshops, participatory design, and surveys. I've studied clinicians, nurses, integration engineers, data practitioners, and enterprise developers, often in technical domains I had to learn first, from HL7 and FHIR to speech grammars.
I build AI agents that extract meaningful excerpts and insights from raw data, and synthesis agents that support topic identification and shape actionable findings. I develop the data in stages, so even the lowest-level excerpt carries meaning and relationships. That makes it reusable for meta-analysis, for new inquiries, and for different top-level views: an end user's workflow or mental model, or their pain points and product opportunities. Every finding stays traceable to what a participant actually said.
I pair qualitative depth with quantitative evidence: surveys, ranking and rating exercises, and mention counts across studies show how widespread a need is, not just that someone raised it. The result is research a team can act on and defend, from a single feature decision to a multi-year roadmap.
Shape · product & UX design
I turn insight into direction. Gap analyses, story maps, and roadmap workshops with TPMs and engineering lead into system maps, coded prototypes, and concept videos that leaders can rally around.
Prove · evaluation
I test concepts and prototypes with task-based usability studies and ranking and rating surveys. I'm now adding statistical evaluation and AI model evaluation (subgroup performance, calibration, drift).
Build · data & AI
This is where my work is heading. I build working AI systems, not only concepts: the deterministic extraction and scoring pipeline behind Ambient Acuity, and Resynth, a multi-agent synthesis kit with a shared agent harness, validators that check every quote, and researcher approval gates. I also build coded prototypes that people can use and test, and interactive reports that let teams explore findings down to the evidence. I work in Python, SQL, and R, design evaluation into a system from the start, and keep a human in the loop wherever judgment matters. I'm completing a B.S. in Data Analytics (WGU, spring 2027) covering statistics, machine learning, ML DevOps, and data governance.
